Applications
•Stainless steel flue, internal 316 L external 304 BA
• Fumes discharge for dry and wet working conditions under pressure P1(with gasket) and pressure N1 (without gasket)

Technical features
• Internal wall in stainless steel AISI 316 L thickness 0,5 mm
• External wall in stainless steel AISI 304 BA thickness 0,5 mm
• Insulation by rock wool thickness 25 mm. The rock wool is insufflated between the two walls through an automatic process to
  guarantee always a medium density 180 kg / m³. Closing rings are placed at the ends of the pipe.
• Available diameters (mm): 80/130 – 100/150 – 130/180 150/200 180/230 –200/250 – 250/300 – 300/350 - 350/400
• Longitudinal welding by laser process
• All bends are welded with the new system automated TIG
• Connection with particular system “click-clack”, this system is applied from diam. 80 to diam. 150 included

Accessories
• “Triple lip” black silicon gasket which assures a perfect tightness between the two hose couplings (on request)
• Locking clamp, recommended and provided on request

Working temperature
• Max 200°: with black silicon gasket (pressure P1 – 200 Pa)
• Max 600°: without silicon gasket (pressure N1 – 40 Pa)
